How can I make an attack do an exact amount of damage each time?

Simple, all you need to do is this...
- Set the Damage Math to: Pure Damage
- Set the Base Atk Stat to: 100
- Set on the bitset, "Do not Randomize"
- Edit "Extra Damage."
Whatever you set extra damage to, will be added onto 100.
For Example:
Extra Damage = 10% == Attack = 110 Damage Extra Damage = 212% == Attack = 312 Damage Extra Damage = -60% == Attack = 40 Damage Extra Damage = -89% == Attack = 11 Damage
