Use the Up and Down arrow keys (or PgUp, PgDn, Home, and End) to navigate the menu.

Use the Left and Right arrow keys to change values, or type in numbers.

Positive numbers will increase the selected stat when the item is equipped.

Negative numbers will decrease the stat when the item is equipped.

Press - to switch between positive and negative.
