How do I convert MIDI music into BAM music?

BAM format is no longer the preferred music format. BAM is still supported, but MIDI is a better choice

It is no longer neccesary to use BAM files. You can now import your MIDI files without conversion.

However, for the historically curious, you can use the MIDI2BAM.EXE program to convert your MIDI files into BAM files.
