Note that a good place to start for beginning entrepreneurs is CafePress ( http://www.cafepress.com ) They will handle distribution of a CD version of your game for a commission fee. With any distributor, be sure to carefully over all the license and other agreements you must make to use a service. As with any legal document, you should probably also discuss such things with a lawyer/attorney.
