Template:BAM

BAM format is no longer the preferred music format. BAM is still supported, but MIDI is a better choice

Please put this in pages that are obsolete because BAM is no longer the only available format. Not every BAM-related article needs this (since some users may prefer to continue using BAM), but articles which no longer matter because of MIDI availability can be obsoleted by adding {{BAM}}.
