	One of the Mighty Racist Border Rangers. The Blue Ranger attacks using a pair of police batons, allowing him to attack twice in one turn; he also carries beer and junk food, which he can use to heal himself when he's weakened in battle. He is vulnerable to electrical attacks. If Señor Death is absent during the battle, he will appear in a weaker form.
