	One of the Mighty Racist Border Rangers. He is the fastest member of the team, and attacks by kicking up rocks and sand while shredding around on his skateboard. Ice and wind attacks can easily throw him off balance. If Señor Death is absent during the battle, he will appear in a weaker form.
