The leader of the Mighty Racist Border Rangers. Though not as physically strong as the Yellow Ranger, he brings an arsenal of weapons (including guns and whips) to every battle and is the second-fastest member of the team. He cannot bear to be separated from his beloved cowboy hat, however; this makes him very vulnerable to wind-based attacks which threaten to blow the hat off of his head. If Señor Death is absent during the battle, he will appear in a weaker form. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||||
