How do you make your hero attack like megaman?

This is an odd question. The OHRRPGCE is for making RPG games, not for making side-scrolling platform games like Megaman

You might have meant...

If you are talking about an attack in the normal battle system where your hero shoots an energy bullet at an enemy, you probably want the attack appearance menu

If you are talking about a plotscript to make the hero attack NPCs on the map, you might want to start with the example Zelda Attack Script from Moogle1's Plotscripting site

If you are talking about making an actual side-scrolling game in the OHRRPGCE, it is possible (but difficult) to do so with advanced plotscripting. See the list of side scrolling games
