I made backgrounds, but now I can't import them!

This article (or part thereof) is obsolete. It may have made sense in the past, but it does not make sense now. It is kept here only for historic curiosity and/or posterity.

Previous versions only allowed importing 320x200 24-bit or 8-bit BMP files as backdrops. However, the OHRRPGCE now accepts BMP, PNG or JPEG images of any size or bitdepth.
