Is it possible to make little Character Portraits appear next to text boxes?

Why, yes it is! As of the Xocolatl release, you can import character portraits, and assign them to heroes. Then, you can edit your textboxes to have the portrait of any one of the party heros, any random hero at all, or any old portrait in the game.
