PalEdit

Paledit A utility written by NeoTA (David Gowers) for editing palettes and for fitting images to palettes. It has a GUI interface for creating and tweaking color ramps. Although created long ago as a DOS program and designed for the now-obsolete .MAS master palette file format it can still used.
