Plan for converting battle display to slices

This plan is related to Plan for converting special screens to slices but is not exactly the same.

As a prerequisite for battlescripting, I want to convert the battle system to use slices.

Battle Screen

The hero info, meters, and menus would benefit greatly by being defined in a slice collection, the same as Plan for converting special screens to slices

The battle screen slice collection will have lookup codes for containers that designate the areas that enemy formations and hero formations will be loaded into.
