Template:Meter

The parameters for this template are as follows:

• percent (required) - how much of the bar to fill
• width (default: 200) - how wide to make the bar (in pixels)
• height (default: 30) - how tall to make the bar (in pixels), doesn't include the labels
• fg colour (default: green) - the forground bar colour (use CSS colours, hex codes, rgb(), whatever)
• bg colour (default: white) - ditto
• 0% mark (default: 0%) - label for the left side of the bar
• 100% mark (default: 100%) - label for the right side of the bar
