The program used to work just fine, but now it doesn't!

What was the last thing that changed before the program stopped working?

• Did you update to a new version?
• Did you install other new software on your computer?
• Did you recently replace or upgrade any hardware?
• Have you been having problems with other programs?
• Are you using a different computer than you were before?
• Has a very long period of time passed since the last time you used the program? Like, months and months, in which so many things have changed that you can't remember them all?
