Does OHR work with Windows Vista?

Yes.

Music Problems?

Some Vista users have reported crashes while playing MIDI music. Not all vista users seem to be affected, so if you have experienced a crash, we would like to hear from you. This bug mysteriously disappeared, so we now believe that it was a bug in Vista which Microsoft fixed.

You can also try this version with an alternate music backend which has been reported to work around the problem.

Administrator Privileges?

One user reported the error message "map00 tilemap missing" when opening an existing game or creating a new game when running custom without administrator privileges. If you have problems with running the OHRRPGCE on Vista as a regular unprivileged user, please report the errors you see to us.
