Lexiphanic

Lexiphanic is an upcoming stable release of the OHRRPGCE

It means: using ostentatiously recondite words; i.e. use of obscure or long words to appear knowledgeable (after Lexiphanes, character in a dialogue by second-century Syrian satirist Lucian)

You might take a look at OHRRPGCE stable release codenames in general, and you might think they are ALL rather lexiphanic, and you might be right, but I do rather like to believe that we do it to appear silly, rather than to appear knowledgeable.
