What is bugzilla and how does it work?

Bugzilla was the bug-tracking software that we used to keep track of bugs in the OHRRPGCE from 2005-2014. (From 2014-2020 we switched to using the bug tracker on SourceForge.) The original Bugzilla installation is offline, but all the bugs have been migrated to GitHub.
