What is the Ctr stat and what does it do?

The Ctr or "Counter" stat was originally meant to be used for counter attacks. However, counter attacks were never implemented, and currently it does absolutely nothing. Counter attacks may still be implemented in the future, but if they are they will not use this stat.

This stat is frequently used as an extra stat to accomplish various effects in battle ("fake battle scripting"), using the ability to specify target, base and defense stats for attacks. Note that it behaves like all the other stats besides HP and MP: after a battle, a hero's Ctr stat is reset to what it was before the battle.
