What is the Ctr stat and what does it do?

The Ctr or "Counter" stat was originally meant to be used for counter attacks. However, it sat unused for many years, and eventually counter attacks were implemented in a different way that doesn't make use of it, dooming it to forever do absolutely nothing. If you want, you can hide it.

Note that, strictly speaking, Ctr simply doesn't have any built-in function. People making games in OHRRPGCE frequently use this stat as an extra stat to accomplish various effects in battle ("fake battle scripting"), using the ability to specify target, base and defense stats for attacks. Note that it behaves like all the other stats besides HP and MP: after a battle, a hero's Ctr stat is reset to what it was before the battle.
