Tag Names

Each record in this file is a VSTR (1i + 20i) (see About Formal Specs) . You shall find a trick; records start at the name of tag #2 (#0 and #1 can never be named or altered, and are always OFF and ON respectively)

There is no header, you determine the number of records by dividing the file size by 42 or looking at the right bit of the GEN lump.
